Veekraan on varustatud isetühjeneva 3-suuna liugventiiliga kindlustamaks kraani külmakindlust ka väga madala välistemperatuuri korral. Võimalikud hooldustööd ja tihendite vahetamise saab teostada ilma kaevetöödeta.. Tuleb vaid kraani korpus kaevust välja tõsta ning teostada hooldustööd kohapeal või viia töökotta.
